These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to this website and to every purchase from LIV Extracts ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
1. You must be 21 or older
Our products are for adults 21 and older. By entering the website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may ask for proof of age, and we may cancel any order we believe was placed by someone under 21.
2. Our products
We sell hemp-derived CBD and CBN products. Every batch is tested by an independent, ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, and the lab report (certificate of analysis) for each batch is published on our Lab results page. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but packaging and label designs may change, and photos may differ slightly from the product you receive.
Use products only as directed on the label. Keep them out of reach of children and pets. Don't use them if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and don't drive or operate heavy machinery after use. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. 4. Drug testing
Hemp-derived products can contain trace amounts of THC below a lab's detection limit, even when a lab report shows none detected. Using them may cause a positive result on a drug test. We are not responsible for drug test results.
5. Local laws
Laws on hemp-derived products differ from state to state and change over time. You are responsible for making sure our products are legal where you live and where your order is delivered. We don't ship to places where we know our products are not allowed, and we may cancel and refund any order we can't legally deliver.
6. Orders, prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products or availability at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for example if a product was listed at the wrong price, if we suspect fraud or resale, or if the order is going to a place we can't ship to. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Billing descriptor: All sales will appear as Livextracts on your billing statement.
If something is wrong with your order or a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We'll work with you to fix it.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
9. Website content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and the presentation of our lab results, belongs to LIV Extracts or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
Don't use the website for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to collect other people's information, or to submit false information. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
11. Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by our payment processor. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LIV Extracts and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LIV Extracts harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or our products.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the website and to orders placed after that date.
